Quotations are based on prevailing metal and diamond rates and remain valid for the period stated on the document. Final invoicing reflects actual finished weights and stone counts.

Terms & Conditions
Clear commercial terms make long-term partnerships possible.
Orders & Confirmation
An order is confirmed once the specification, quantity, price and delivery schedule are accepted in writing and any agreed advance is received.
Production & Lead Times
Indicative lead times are issued with each quotation. Changes requested after approval of CAD or samples may affect timelines and cost.
Quality & Tolerances
Jewellery is manufactured within industry-standard tolerances for weight and dimensions. Any piece supplied outside the agreed specification will be reworked or replaced.
Shipping & Risk
Goods are exported with full documentation and insurance cover unless otherwise agreed. Title and risk pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
Intellectual Property
Designs supplied by a client remain the property of that client. Designs originated by Luck Solitaires remain our property unless exclusivity is agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercial terms, designs and technical information confidential.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
