- What does Luck Solitaires manufacture?
- We manufacture fine diamond jewellery — engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, pendants, earrings, studs, bracelets, tennis jewellery, bridal suites and men's jewellery — in natural and lab-grown diamonds set in gold, platinum and silver.
- Do you work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
- Yes. We supply certified natural diamonds and premium lab-grown diamonds, and we can produce the same design in either category so you can serve multiple price segments.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- We keep minimums deliberately low so new partners can test designs before committing to volume. Exact MOQ depends on the category and metal; share your requirement and we will confirm.
- Do you offer OEM, ODM and private label production?
- All three. We produce to your drawings (OEM), adapt our own design library for your market (ODM), and apply your branding, hallmark and packaging (private label).
- Can you manufacture from a sketch or a photograph?
- Yes. Send a sketch, a reference photograph or a CAD file, and our studio will return renders with stone layout, weights and metal options for approval before production begins.
- Are the diamonds certified?
- Centre stones can be supplied with IGI, GIA or equivalent grading reports. Melee is supplied to agreed colour and clarity bands with in-house verification.
- Which countries do you export to?
- We regularly export to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, and we ship worldwide with insured, tracked logistics.
- How is my design kept confidential?
- Every custom project is covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Designs are never reused, displayed or offered to other clients.
- What are your typical lead times?
- Sampling generally takes 10–15 working days, and bulk production 3–5 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. Confirmed timelines are issued with every quotation.
